Skålleruds Gård B&B, Family Hotel
Skålleruds Gård Bed & Breakfast, Family Hotel is located on a wonderful place opposite Sweden's most famous traditional built 17th century wooden church Skålleruds Kyrka and the lake Nären in the province of Dalsland, Sweden.
Before it was opened as a B&B/hotel in 2006, this place was used as a farm for the poor, retirement home and confirmation centre and known as "Kyrkans Gård på Dal"
Att our place you can book a room for the night or even complete hiking packs.
With only 5 km from the E45 we are also the perfect stop during a tour in Sweden.
Relax and enjoy
Away from everyday stress? Skålleruds Gård is a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of nature. Lovers of active and sporting holidays can endlessly go hiking, canoeing, fishing and cycling.
Our cosy inn has eight simple, clean and comfortable rooms, all equipped with shower, toilet. On the groundfloor are located the breakfast room, restaurant and a cosy sitting area with tv. There is access to free WIFI throughout the building.
On the terrace you can enjoy the peace and sun morning to evening. Why not enjoy your breakfast outside....
Restaurant
In the restaurant we only serve dinner to our guests, by booking in advance.
From May to September there is the opportunity to have a Fika(coffee and cake/sandwich) on the terrace.
Larger groups(familyparty/wedding) up to 50 people can also book the restaurant.
During the pandemic it is not possible to book for groups.
Cottage
Next to the inn is a cosy little cottage available for rent from April to November.
